Dr. Zampieri Selected as One of NJ’s Top Dentists!

Dr. Robert Zampieri, a General Practitioner in Fort Lee, has been selected as one of the top 235 dentists in New Jersey in a survey for The Best Dentists in America 2004-2005 edition, as reported in the July 2005 issue of New Jersey Monthly magazine. Dr. Zampieri was selected out of a total of 8,000 plus dentists statewide.

Dentists were chosen based on a vote of their peers. The survey began with a nomination pool of dentists recommended by the members of several major dental organizations and department chairmen at leading dental schools as well as dentists nominated in turn by those nominees. Nominated dentists were asked to vote on the nomination pool, provided they were familiar with the nominee’s work. To determine whether a nominee should be listed among “the best,” voters received the guideline: “If you had a close friend or relative who needed a general dentist, and you could not care for them yourself, to whom would you refer them?” All votes and comments were solicited with a guarantee of confidentiality.

The Zampieri family has resided in Fort Lee for more than 50 years. Dr. Zampieri grew up in town.
